through the buying process step by step outlining our and your responsibilities.
Every event will be described and, where needed, be assigned to a timeline.
Whether relocating in the community or from out of town the same high level
of service and information will be provided.
Once the contract is completed
our "Closing Plan" will be launched in our computer system so that careful
attention to detail and customer service can be provided. Our
French Connection Contracts Manager, April Samuels, will be ever watchful
of your needs.
"A Sellers Plan" will provide a guide of our services from signing the
listing contract to signing an actual contract for sale. It is specific
on advertising and marketing efforts. You can grade us on how well we execute
the plan!
